Citizens of Bulgaria are allowed to enter the Philippines as tourists for up to a 30-day stay under the following conditions:
1. Their passport shall be valid for at least six (6) months at the time of departure from the Philippines.
2. They must have valid tickets for their return journey to the port of origin or next port of destination not later than fifty-nine (59) days from date of arrival in the Philippines.
3. All passengers must register though the app eGovPH in the etravel system within 72 hours before their flight. The app is available both for Apple and Android and can be downloaded on your phone from the app store. First you must register an account in the Philippine Travel Information System and then enter the Travel tab to upload your travel information. We advise you to do it at least 48 hours in advance from a place with good internet connection. The profile can be registered well in advance, while the travel related information may be entered only within 72 hours before the flight. Alternative way is through https://etravel.gov.ph. You may be refused boarding if you do not complete the registration.
This applies to tourists as well as business visits, conferences, sports, study trips, etc. After the 30-day period, the stay in the Philippines can be extended to 59 days on-site at a branch of the local branch of the Bureau of Immigration.
*There are no required or recommended vaccines that tourists should take prior to traveling to the Philippines from Bulgaria. Presentation of vaccination status and vaccination certificate for COVID-19 is not required.
