On October 7 and 8, 2023, our consulate held
outsourced consular services for Filipino citizens living in Bulgaria. A team
arrived from the Embassy of the Philippines in Hungary and gave the opportunity to Filipino citizens living in Bulgaria to apply for a passport, to register marriages and births, to give fingerprints for a NBI certificate,
submit applications for renewal of citizenship, certify powers of attorney for
use in the R. Philippines, as well as discuss other case studies with representatives
the Embassy.
